Trick or Treat Competition

The Rotary Club of Horsham, in conjunction with Horsham District Council, is organising a ‘Trick or Treat Competition’ as part of the Horsham Festival and Halloween Celebrations. The Competition is open to all accompanied Children under 13 years of age. More details about how to enter and following proceedings will shortly be released.
